Market Analytics: The Widgets That Answer “Is the Market Working”
Dashboard widgets built from your own listings, offers and deals — no external BI tool, and no number the platform cannot show you the rows for.
“Is the market working” needs an answer that is not a feeling. Market ships its analytics as dashboard widgets: each one reads your tenant’s listings, engagement and deals, and each one can be dragged onto any dashboard layout. The Market Trader preset lays the whole set out at once — KPI tiles on top, the two funnels in the middle, top listings and categories below, recent activity and pipeline value at the bottom. The older Sales & Trader preset mixes the Market overview with auction activity for teams that run both.
The KPI tiles
Market Revenue is settled deal revenue over the selected time window. Total Views counts cumulative listing views; Watchlisted sums the watch count across your listings; Conversion Rate is views to offers. Deals Won shows the won count with lost and active deals as context, Pipeline Value is the EUR sum of all open deals, and Avg Deal Cycle is the average number of days from a deal being created to it closing. Not from listing publish, not by grade band — from the moment a buyer opened the room to the moment it closed. A tile that says 19 days is telling you about your negotiations, not your warehouse.
Two funnels
The Conversion Funnel follows the buyer’s path: views, watchlist, offers, deals, won. The Intent Funnel follows demand: active intents, matches, matched deals, won. Read together they separate “buyers look and leave” from “buyers never find us”, which are different problems with different fixes. Match Performance sits next to them with match counts, hot rate and conversion, and the Market Overview widget shows listings, offers and deals progress at a glance.
Breakdowns
Monthly Revenue is a per-month bar chart; Monthly Breakdown is the same months as a table of listings, deals and revenue. Top Listings ranks your best-viewed listings with their engagement metrics — the fastest way to learn what a good title and a good cover photo do. Top Categories ranks categories by units listed. Inventory on Market counts listings, batches, sell-intents and units currently out there. The revenue widgets take a time range; the rest report the current state.
What is deliberately not here
There is no buyer-concentration ranking and no time-of-day chart, and the cycle metric is not split by category or grade. The widgets report what the platform records: views, watches, offers, deals, revenue. If a number is on your dashboard, there is a row behind it. It’s not a vibe. It’s a widget.
